Healthcare
Engineering for safety‑critical, privacy‑first systems across providers, payers, and healthtech.
Our team comes from healthcare providers and healthtech firms. We have built software and automated test suites for patient portals, scheduling and referrals, care coordination, claims and prior authorization, and interoperability with EHRs using HL7 and FHIR.
Reliability and safety come first. We design for deterministic services, idempotent operations, and explicit failure modes so recovery is routine. Non‑functional tests (load, soak, failover, and resiliency) run in CI/CD to catch regressions before they land in production, and service SLOs turn signals into action.
Privacy and compliance are built in. We protect PHI with encryption in transit and at rest, least‑privilege access, secrets and key management, and audit logs with lineage and retention. We work within HIPAA‑aligned controls and clients’ SOC 2 control environments while keeping delivery pace.
Interoperability and data quality matter. We integrate with EHRs through HL7 v2 and FHIR (R4), map vocabularies carefully, and validate payloads and workflows end to end. Streaming and batch pipelines move clinical and administrative data reliably with backpressure and replay where needed.
Test data is safe and realistic. We use synthetic data and de‑identification or masking where appropriate, keep environments consistent, and automate checks that verify clinical and financial correctness. Evidence from tests is retained to support audits and change reviews.
